Sexual pattern changes- Overall sexual pattern changes in your relationship is an absolute dead giveaway of a cheating spouse. Sex in general as well as sexual requests or favours can increase or decrease significantly. This can be attributed to over-stimulation or fatigue caused by the new girlfriend or boyfriend or just plain guilty conscious.

Changes in grooming and appearance- Keep a close eye on changes to the spouses appearance and grooming patterns. He or she may bath or shower more often to either get rid of the smell of sex or to get ready for a meeting with the guy or gal. New and sexy outfits are invested in, on a regular basis.

Physical evidence- Physical evidence is the best type of evidence you are lucky enough to get. Physical giveaways can take the form of lipstick on underwear or shirt collars, the scent of unfamiliar or sometimes familiar perfume or aftershave on your partners clothes or condoms in his or her wallet or purse. Physical evidence should be the last nail in your spouses coffin.

Denial- Please don’t live in denial. It is not to your or if you have children to their advantage to ignore that which is right in front on you. The sooner you identify the problem, the sooner you will be able to tackle the situation and get out of it. The cheater will never change his or her ways, so it’s best to rather consider separation than a solution to change his or her bad habit. You don’t want to wake-up one morning and realise you have been taken for a ride all this time. Don’t be a fool in love with a fool who never cared. You deserve better.
